What is up with the coin baskets? It almost seems like 50% of the time they dont work. Its almost as if why even through money into it, I know its not going to work. Are tickets even going out anymore for toll violators, I don't see how they could possibly be accurate since these baskets don't work.
Seems like Toms River toll has baskets not working about 50% of the time. If you can, watch the person in front of you and if its not working for them, do not pay it.
